The Shake A Paw® Rescue and Adoption Center is unlike on other Adoption facility. Licensed as an Animal Shelter (Yes, we are a Shelter!!), we accept dogs from the general public, as well as rescue, homeless, abandoned and unwanted dogs and puppies. Giving back to the animals we love by finding them a Happy Forever Home is our goal and mission.
Prior to being placed up for adoption, all of our animals will receive:
- Weekly Comprehensive Veterinary Examinations by our Staff of Veterinarians
- Complete medical care and rehabilitation if needed
- Full disclosure of any known medical or behavior Issues
- All Vaccines will be current and up to date
- Rabies Vaccines, if needed, will be current and up to date
- A Universally Recognized Microchip will be implanted and registered upon Adoption
- Your Dog will be Spayed or Neutered if possible, or a low-cost option will be provided
- We will provide daily care, love and socialization to all the animals in our care.

Due to the uncertain background and conditions that many of our Rescue and Adoption Dogs have endured, some medical or behavioral issues may arise at a later date. The Customer agrees and understands these possible unknowns, and assumes all financial responsibility for any and all medical and behavioral conditions.
